Marty Nothstein is a former American track cyclist who is regarded as among the greatest in the sport’s history. He has won numerous accolades, including over 35 US National Championships, three World Championships, and an Olympic Gold Medal at the 2000 Olympics in Sydney. After retiring from professional cycling, Nothstein turned to conservation and has protected over 500 acres of property from development while providing better habitat for wildlife.

Meet Marty Nothstein, an accomplished athlete, entrepreneur, and conservationist. Nothstein’s passion for the outdoors is not limited to his athletic pursuits but extends to his conservation efforts. He has taken proactive measures to protect over 500 acres of property from development, providing better habitat for wildlife. In addition to his conservation work on private property, Nothstein also chaired the Lehigh County farmland preservation board, where he helped lead the committee to protect over 23,000 acres of farmland from development in his community. Even today, Nothstein continues to give back to the outdoors as the current Director of Development for Ducks Unlimited Mid Atlantic Region. With his impressive track record and dedication to conservation, Nothstein serves as an inspiration for individuals everywhere to take action to protect the environment and preserve our natural resources.
